| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程幫助學員瞭解財務分析與企業評價的邏輯與方法，及新興的企業永續報告書之架構與重點，並結合理論探討與案例分析，以做為企業投資、授信與管理等經營決策的基礎。透過運用財務報表分析之技術與方法，及掌握公司的財務面與非財務面績效間的關聯性，其與企業價值間的關聯性，可更深入且完整地評估企業的價值與永續發展績效。後續以常見之成本管理、品質改善、跨部門整合等經營管理決策之分析與解決為例，培養學生有系統地整合財務與其他資訊，來掌握問題的全貌、及發展出配套的解決方法。1.了解系統性地進行財務分析與企業評價之方法2.介紹企業永續發展報告之基本概念及分析方法3.掌握複雜管理問題的診斷與分析方法，培養整合解決問題與經營決策能力This course helps students understand the logic and methods of financial analysis and corporate evaluation, as well as the structure and focus of emerging corporate sustainability reports. Combined with theoretical discussion and case analysis, it is used as the basis for business decision-making such as enterprise investment, financing and management. By using the techniques and methods of financial statement analysis, and grasping the correlation between the company's financial and non-financial performance, and its correlation with corporate value, it is possible to more deeply and completely evaluate corporate value and sustainable development performance. The follow-up will take the analysis and solution of common management decisions such as cost management, quality improvement, and cross-department integration as examples to train students to systematically integrate financial and other information to grasp the overall picture of the problem and develop supporting solutions.
