| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
「智慧資源規劃」主要包括三部分，分別為智慧資本化、產業結構化和資訊
網路化三部分，以專業服務業配套，提升企業和非營利研究組織科技研發的執行
效率、科技研發成果的經營績效和其商品化和產業化的落實。此外智慧資源規劃
也提供智慧財產行銷的觀念和措施，可以活絡智慧財產的跨國做價投資、買賣、
授權、技術移轉和侵權訴訟等價值交換工具，裨益企業和非營利研發組織在知識
經濟時代能更加創造經濟價值和科技地位，提升全球競爭優勢。智慧資本會主要
要藉由智慧財產與企業營運機能有效的結合，才能將智慧財產提升為智慧資本，
但是這些又必須建立在智財的品質與文化，這些都是基石，需要時間與人才培養
的支撐。產業結構化則是為了能讓智財有效能與產業結合，必須先瞭解產業現
況，如此在智財的申請佈局上才能展現出最大效用，相對而言企業營運機能也會
隨之調整。最後在配合資訊網路化，使資訊能夠於跨國經營時有效的傳遞，使組
織隨時能接受最新的資訊並快速反應。
