| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

1. 知識：使學生瞭解管理學基礎理論與相關管理實務
2. 技能：能進行簡單的分析與比較決策方案

4. 其他：為後續管理相關課程之基礎1.學生能了解管理學演進及基本理論。 2.學生能了解管理環境及規劃的基本概念。 3.學生能具備基本決策制定及組織相關知識。 4.學生能具備領導、控制基礎知識。 5.學生能瞭解管理實務議題。 This course introduces students to the concepts and principles of management. Relevant topics include the fundamental concepts of the management process, organizational structure and functional responsibilities, planning, leadership and control. Practical experience in the management of business operations will be discussed using real-life examples.
