為保持生態環境之完整，以維持多樣化生物之生存權，需避免棲息地及遷徙路徑等之破壞，則在尊重當地天然條件，及人為設施與環境不相衝突前提下，妥適導入人類在環境生活中為提供安全所利用的土木工程構造1.對自然環境紋理的尊重2.維持生態多樣性3.生物遷徙廊道4.生態工法導入In order to maintain the integrity of the ecological environment and maintain the survival rights of diverse organisms, it is necessary to avoid the destruction of habitats and migration paths, etc., and on the premise of respecting local natural conditions and on the premise that man-made facilities do not conflict with the environment, appropriately introduce human resources into the environment.
