員工是任何企業的重要資產，本課程的內容及其目的便是了解在組織中的員工行為之各項個體、團體、組織影響因素，進而運作各種管理技巧，包含溝通、激勵、團體動力、領導、決策，促使工作生產力與生活滿意度達到平衡，提昇員工與企業之效能。1.了解在組織中的員工行為之各項個體、團體、組織影響因素。2.運作各種管理技巧，包含溝通、激勵、團體動力、領導、決策。3.促使工作生產力與生活滿意度達到平衡，提昇員工與企業之效能。Employees are crucial assets to any organization, and the content and purpose of this course are designed to understand various individual, group, and organizational factors influencing employee behavior within an organization. The course aims to equip participants with a range of management skills, including communication, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, and decision-making. By employing these skills, the goal is to achieve a balance between work productivity and life satisfaction, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of both employees and the organization.
