| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程企圖以系統化架構採深入淺出方式介紹，依序介紹：
1.知識：財務管理之重要概念及基本理論，輔以台灣之實證研究或應用實例。
2.技能：強調代理成本與公司治理等專業工作態度與道德議題，以及投資、融資決設分析。
3.態度：採用Excel套裝軟體運用於投融資決策分析之中，期能經由紮實之專業知識與技能訓練，為同學謀職或進修奠下良好之財務管理學基礎。
1.公司財務管理緒論。2.投資決策分析。3.風險與報酬之權衡。4.融資決策分析。This course attempts to adopt the systematic structure to introduce:
1. knowledge: The basic concepts and theories of financial management, supported by Taiwan cases as the teaching materials.
2. skills: adopt the Excel software package in investment decision analysis to enhance the operating and analysis skill.
3. attitude: emphasis on agency cost and professional attitude and ethics issues of corporate governance, as well as the investment decision and financing decision analysis.
