本課程除介紹勞動法令之外，並以勞資實例分享與實務相結合，也希望藉由法令與實務的結合，有助於學生了解勞資關係的重要內涵，除了確保己身權益之外，更有助於企業勞資互信與更加和諧。1.讓學生明瞭勞動相關法規。2.熟悉勞資協商流程與實務。3.培養學生具備勞資協商能力。In addition to introducing labor laws and regulations, this course also combines labor-management case sharing with practice.
