華語（五）課程全面精進學生在台灣社會文化等知識的聽說讀寫能力。
1.聽：能聽懂現場或廣播討論之各種具體或抽象主題，並辨識討論內容及說話者的觀點態度。
2.說：能針對各種主題進行清晰、系統性地描述說明。
3.讀：能理解當代話題的文章、報告及作者所持的立場和觀點。

1. Listening – Be able to understand various concrete or abstract topics discussed in the live or broadcast, and identify the content of the conversation and the views and attitudes of the speaker.
2. Speaking – Be able to clearly and systematically describe and discuss various topics.
3. Reading – Be able to understand contemporary topics, articles, reports, and the views of the author.
4. Writing – Be able to write clear and detailed articles on different topics and explain personal points of view, explaining the advantages and disadvantages.
