| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
對學生就業時可能發生之各種勞動問題加以介紹，包括契約訂定、工資、工時、職業災害、性別工作平等、解僱、勞保、勞退、以及健保(含二代健保)相關問題等，使同學認識未來從事工作時可能遭遇的相關勞動問題，並給予學生勞動法規基本概念，瞭解工作時相關權益，作為就業之準備，保障自身權利。1.對學生就業時可能發生之各種勞動問題加以介紹。2.給予學生勞動法規基本概念。3.給予學生勞保及勞退基本概念。4.給予學生勞保健保(含二代健保)基本概念。To introduce various labor issues that may occur when students are employed, including contract determination, wages, working hours, occupational disasters, gender job equality, dismissal, labor insurance, labor retirement, and health insurance (including second-generation health insurance) related issues, etc. Let students understand the relevant labor problems that they may encounter when they are engaged in work in the future, and give students the basic concepts of labor laws and regulations, understand the relevant rights and interests at work, as a preparation for employment, and protect their own rights.
