| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程幫助學員瞭解家族企業之傳承與接班的意涵、方法與風險，及相關的問題、法規與對策，並結合理論探討與案例分析、考量不同利害關係人間的角色與互動模式，以掌握家族接班的關鍵成功因素，及做為規劃、推動與建立更好的家族企業傳承與接班模式的基礎。同時將透過延聘相關之會計、稅務與管理專家來分享實務之案例與方法，培養學員更深入且完整地評估家族接班的潛在問題與可行對策的知能。至於非家族企業的家族治理與接班事宜，學員可運用課程中的代理理論、家族控股公司、家族憲法等相關理論與制度化的方法，來擴大應用於其他的家族治理與接班事宜。1.了解家族企業之傳承與接班之相關理論、議題與決策考量2.掌握家族接班的關鍵成功因素，及制度化的方法3.培養家族接班問題的診斷與分析能力。This course helps students understand the meaning, methods and risks of family business inheritance and succession, as well as related issues, regulations and countermeasures. It combines theoretical discussions and case studies, and considers the roles and interaction modes of different stakeholders to master the family business. Key success factors for succession and the basis for planning, promoting and establishing a better family business succession and succession model. At the same time, relevant accounting, taxation and management experts will be hired to share practical cases and methods, so as to cultivate students' knowledge and ability to evaluate potential problems and feasible countermeasures in a more in-depth and complete manner in family succession. As for family governance and succession issues in non-family businesses, students can use agency theory, family holding companies, family constitutions and other related theories and institutionalized methods in the course to expand their application to other family governance and succession issues.
