| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程擬透過三階段模式，協助學生能對台灣企業之經營與管理現況進行研究： 階段一：企業參訪體驗美學企業力效應、 階段二：相關理論介紹、 階段三：學生分組討論。 透過上述三階段之循環，能讓學生理論與實務並進，達到學用無落差。1.企業參訪體驗美學企業力效應2.相關理論介紹3.學生分組討論與分享The course aims to assist students in the investigation and study on the administration and management of Taiwanese enterprises by following the following three stages: 1. Business visiting, 2. The introduction of related theories on some special topics about the visited business, 3. Group discussion of students Repeating the cycle of the above three stages, the course leads the students to promote their knowledge and experience in the same time.
