| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

數位影像可視為是二維訊號的處理，是一維訊號處理的延伸，本課程主要簡介影像處理之技術以及應用，其課程目標為：1.瞭解影像成像之原理2.瞭解影像取樣及量化之特性3.瞭解影像強化處理之技術4.瞭解影像重建之技術5.瞭解影像壓縮之方法6.瞭解影像分割之技術Digital image is a two dimensional signal processing and regards as an expansion of one dimensional signal processing. This course is mainly understanding the fundamentals of image processing and its applications. The goal of this course consist of :
(1) understanding image acquisition and display technologies,
(2) understanding image sampling an quantization properties,
(3) understanding image enhancement technologies,
(4) understanding image restoration methods,
(5) understanding image compression approaches, and
(6) understanding image segmentation technologies.
