| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程內容重點包含組織學習，其中組織變革之數位轉型將會是本堂課程的另議重點，透過組織學習與數位轉型來整合強化人力資源發展，並藉著分析、診斷、設計數位化組織學習系統之實際體驗與相關應用，以增進組織學習的規劃至執行能力。
目前的企業處在難以預測的時代中，企業必須不斷進步、修正與改革，應對目前商業世界的快速變化，協助企業高層在管理組織中巧妙應對和妥善處理各種難題。
所以，組織學習與組織變革之數位轉型，將會是目前企業脈動下的主流之一，本堂課將會授與學生如何以【變】應變，認識產業與大環境的變遷趨勢，如何在這個時代中，尋找可持續性的企業發展，是本次課程規劃的核心重點。
1.熟習組織學習相關理論2.熟悉組織轉型背景下的數位轉型理論3.在組織轉型的背景下，結合組織學習和數位轉型的視角，作深度的學術與實務討論4.組織轉型背景下組織學習與數位轉型並存的組織結構之檢視At present, enterprises are in an unpredictable era. Enterprises must continue to make progress, reform, and recognize the main characteristics of today's business world, providing important help in the thinking of the top management team of the enterprise, and letting TMT skillfully respond to and properly handle various problems in the management organization.
The digital transformation of organizational learning and organizational change will be the mainstream under the current corporate pulse. This class will teach students how to adapt to changes, understand the changing trends of the industry and the environment, finding sustainable corporate development is also the core focus of this course.
This course focuses on the discussion of a learning organization and the digital learning transformation of organizations, which is another focus of this course. The focus of learning organizations and the digital learning transformation of organizations can strengthen a firm's competencies of manpower in terms of human resource development in the form of digital organizational learning practice and related applications, as well as for TMT to acquire ability in experiencing learning from planning to execution.
