長照個案資訊應用實務的課程目標在於培養學生
透過長照服務資訊化系統學習來盤點與確認照顧服務組合之設計與成效，資訊系統亦是推動長照服務數位轉型的基礎建設，能串聯照顧者、被照顧者與家屬，也協助長照機構可將長照服務客製化及多元化的參考數據，提升照護管理效能與服務品質以落實服務品質管理考核模式達到永續經營之目標。1.(1) 了解長照服務資訊化系統的設計背景與需求 2.(2) 了解長照服務供需端的服務缺口 3.(3) 導入大數據分析模式來管理長期照顧服務品質與稽核4. (4) 妥善掌握長照服務之效能與效率之實務應用能力The goal of the long-term case information system aims to train students learning of the long-term care service information system to inventory and confirm the design and effectiveness of the care service portfolio, the information system is also the basic construction to promote the digital transformation of the long-term care service, which can connect the caregivers, the careers and the families, and also assist the long-term care institutions to customize and diversify the reference data of the long-term care service, improve the efficiency of care management and service quality, and implement the service quality management assessment mode to achieve the goal of sustainable operation.
