| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程在介紹管理理論發展與管理功能之內涵，包括管理學派的演進、管理者角色介紹、管理功能之規劃、組織、領導與控制等，搭配分組個案報告，以達到理論與實務之應用。1.暸解管理理論與實務2.透過個案研討，提升相關的技能與溝通能力3.瞭解合作重要性，提升人際技巧與團隊精神The purpose of this course is to introduce the development of management theories and function of management. The content of this course includes: the history of management theories, function of management (planning, organizing, leadership, and control) and case study. Students have to process the case study in group and analysis for coordinating management theory or chapter for learning practice efficiently.
