This course aims to provide the students with the techniques to assess the effect on the value of a firm when it changes any of the financial strategies: financing, dividend, investment, IPO, stock splits, stock repurchases, risk hedging, and divestitures among others.1.學習評估融資策略對公司價值的影響。2.學習評估股息策略對公司價值的影響。3.學習評估投資策略對公司價值的影響。4.學習評估首次公開募股（IPO）對公司價值的影響5.學習評估股票分割對公司價值的影響。6.學習評估股票回購對公司價值的影響。7.學習評估風險對沖對公司價值的影響。8.學習評估資產剝離對企業價值的影響。9.學習評估其他財務策略對公司價值的影響。This course aims to provide the students with the techniques to assess the effect on the value of a firm when it changes any of the financial strategies: financing, dividend, investment, IPO, stock splits, stock repurchases, risk hedging, and divestitures among others.
