| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程目的在研究探討，連鎖商圈的特性與決策，在商圈立地條件，以及影響地區吸引力的各項因素，進而評估商圈的競爭對手，深入分析乃至商圈展店策略之運用，使我們的同學能在理論的瞭解後，運用於未來實務的工作上，藉由各項研討與分析報告將理論與實務結合。1.分析商圈特性2.瞭解商圈立地條件3.展店策略運用4.將理論與實務結合The purpose of this course is to study and discuss the characteristics and decision-making of the chain business circle, the conditions in the business circle, and the factors affecting the attractiveness of the region, and then evaluate the competitors in the business circle, and analyze the application of the store strategy in the business circle. Enable our students to apply theory and practice to various future research tasks after theoretical understanding.
