| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

隨著科技的進步，各種新科技被應用在許多不同的零售產業，如賣場、商業空間、互動式機台、與行銷活動等。本課程將教授如何將資訊科技應用於連鎖產業上，以及連鎖產業如何透過網路行銷增進營運績效。因此，本課程旨在企業各式新科技的應用與對產業的影響，以及連鎖產業的網路行銷操作。目的在於讓學生對於新興科技感到興趣，並以此啟發創意應用於連鎖產業之中。1.規劃及診斷連鎖商品通路策略2.執行資訊管理3.資訊科技應用4.問題分析解決Technologies play an important role in our live and various new technologies have been applied in many different retail industries, such as stores, commercial spaces, interactive machines, and marketing activities. This course is going to teach students how to apply IT to the franchise industry and how to improve operational performance through online marketing in the franchise industry. The aim is to make students interested in emerging technologies and to inspire ideas into the franchise industry.
