| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程旨在培養學生具備策略思考、規劃及執行能力，以及發展學生服務人群、關懷社會之使命感與責任意識，作為未來人群服務及社會工作管理領導者之預備。1.認識非營利組織的範圍、類型及理論基礎。2.學習非營利組織功能運作及管理之內容及方法。3.比較分析國內外非營利組織。4.探討非營利組織各項議題對於社會工作的意涵。1.To recognize the scope, category and theoretical foundation of nonprofit organizations.
2.To learn functional operation and the content & methods of management in nonprofit organizations.
3.To compare and analyze the nonprofit organizations in Taiwan and other countries.
4.To probe into the implications of social work that different issues of nonprofit organizations may cause.
