| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

社會團體工作是一門兼顧理論與實務技巧的課程，需教導社工系學生從概念化來認識團體、並透過理解、觀察團體內所發生的現象，後續由學生親身參與團體演練，以達真正理解團體概念、動力、領導，及團體各階段發展歷程變化的知識。透過搭配課程實際演練，可讓學生更具有專業的知能與操作能力。此堂課的課程目標是，1.具備能轉化團體工作的概念與理論基礎2.能領導團體不同發展階段與動力狀態3.學習設計團體計畫的相關概念4.學會執行並反思計畫內涵的相關概念。
演練課程則是在各週講解各個單元的基本概念後，藉由此演練課程能讓修課同學，更具體化認識與操作社會團體工作的知識，同時也邀請業界講師進行現場演講並示範帶領技巧，讓學生可以理解團體計畫書設計的需求，如何設計以符合服務對象群的實作計畫，並進而增進學生的實務操作能力、問題解能力及創造力。

groups from a conceptual perspective, and to understand and observe the phenomena that occur in groups. Afterwards, students will
participate in group exercises in order to truly understand the concept of groups,motivation, leadership,and knowledge of changes in the developmental history of the group at various stages. Through practical exercises with courses, students can have more professional knowledge and operation ability. The curriculum goals of this class are: 1.Have the concepts and theoretical foundations that can transform group work 2.Be able to lead the different developmental stages and dynamic states of the group 3.Learn the concepts related to designing group plans 4.Learn to implement and reflect on the connotation of the plan related concepts.
The drill course is to explain the basic concepts of each unit in each week. Through this drill course, the students can have a more specific understanding and operation knowledge of social group work. At the same time, industry lecturers are also invited to give live speeches and demonstrate leadership skills. To enable students to understand the needs of group planning book design, how to design the implementation plan to meet the service target group, and further enhance students' practical ability, problem-solving ability and creativity.
