課程目標如下:
1.增進教保專業理論與實務的轉化能力。
2.經驗幼兒園教保實務技巧並進行省思/對話與修正的專業成長過程。
3.參與幼兒園的日常工作，了解幼兒園的教保實務運作。
4.敏於幼兒園職場相關的專業倫理現象，培養理性判斷力。
5.參與各項幼兒園實務運作，增進職場溝通能力。
6.完成實習檔案，建立教保員職涯規劃。

1. To improve the ability to transform the theory and practice of education and insurance majors.
2. Experience the practical skills of kindergarten education and protection, and carry out the professional growth process of reflection/ dialogue and correction.
3. Participate in the daily work of the kindergarten and understand the practical operation of the kindergarten education and insurance.
4. Be sensitive to professional ethics related to the kindergarten workplace and cultivate rational judgment.
5. Participate in the practical operation of various kindergartens to improve workplace communication skills.
6. Complete the internship file and establish a career plan for the instructor.
