由於台灣正面臨少子化及高齡化兩大人口問題，本系特別在執行教育部大學社會責任(USR)實踐計畫中，推動「幼老共園」社會創新的模式，輔導幼兒園設立銀髮日托班，並透過幼老共學、共伴的機會，以實踐老有所終、幼有所長的禮運大同社會精神。為預備未來「幼老共園」代間學習課程的師資需求，特開此課，以預備未來幼老代間學習師資之需。1.對幼老共園概念的瞭解2.代間學習概念與案例探討3.幼老身心與認知發展4.幼老代間學習教案設計5.幼老代間學習方案教學帶領技巧Taiwan is facing the issues on low fertility and aging population. Our Development of Golden- Ager Industry Management proposes the innovative concept of “Intergenerational Kindergarten”, that suggests transforming a kindergarten into an intergenerational kindergarten affiliated with the elderly day care program. Through the opportunity of intergenerational interaction, young children and the elders will benefit from intergenerational learning and develop positive relationship between generations. This course is specially set up to enable students to prepare for the needs of teachers of the future intergenerational kindergarten and senior day care service industry.
