| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
培養提升學生的財務資訊分析與解決實務問題之能力。本課程是以問題為導向，培養學生面對複雜問題時，能有系統地運用財務資訊與診斷工具，先掌握問題的全貌，再釐清問題根源（What），及不同問題現象間的因果關聯性，與問題解決之關鍵成功因素及風險（Why），並據此發展出配套的整體解決方案與管控機制（How）。希望讓學員具備良好的資訊分析及策略管理能力，及針對問題之根源來發展改善對策，尤其是如何規劃更正確及完整的成本制度，使組織及個人的資訊溝通更正確與即時、績效評估更合理、建構更好的策略管理制度等。1.了解產業策略發展理論與概念2.應用財務報表分析技巧，比較分析企業經營績3.運用產業分析方法了解產業發展理論與科技體制、產業結構與群聚產業分工、產業價值鏈與供應鏈管理，俾了解產業策略發展之全貌Cultivate and improve students' ability to analyze financial information and solve practical problems. This course is problem-oriented and trains students to systematically use financial information and diagnostic tools when facing complex problems. First grasp the full picture of the problem, and then clarify the root of the problem (What), the causal relationship between different problem phenomena, and the key success factors and risks of problem solving (Why), and develop a supporting overall solution and control mechanism based on this (How). It is hoped that students will have good information analysis and strategic management skills, and develop and improve countermeasures at the root of the problem, especially how to plan a more accurate and complete cost system, and make the organization and personal information communication more accurate and timely. Make information communication between organizations and individuals more accurate and instant, performance evaluation more reasonable, and construct better strategic management systems.
