| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

探討策略內涵與環境評估；了解策略理論本質構面及其思想發展，並逐一檢視策略理論學派；運用產業分析方法了解產業發展理論與科技體制、產業結構與群聚產業分工、產業價值鏈與供應鏈管理，俾了解產業策略發展之全貌。本課程之課程目標為：1.了解產業策略發展理論與概念2.了解策略內涵與環境評估模式3.運用產業分析方法了解產業發展理論與科技體制、產業結構與群聚產業分工、產業價值鏈與供應鏈管理，俾了解產業策略發展之全貌This course will discuss the strategy content and industrial environment assessment. The students study the industry development theory, industry structure and supply chain management through industry analysis method.
