| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
1、知識：讓學生瞭解作業管理之理論、策略、及決策，內容包含作業管理策略、 流程管理、供應鍊管理、需求預測、庫存管理、總和規劃、生產排程、物料需求規劃、資源與產能管理、未來趨勢、以及各類實務案例討論與應用
2、技能：使學生能活用流程分析、作業決策、需求預測、總和規劃、物料需求規劃等技術。
3、態度：培養學生主動關注如何運用作業管理的理論、技術、與工具來提升企業之作業流程和各項管理決策之品質
4、其他：了解企業作業管理中運用資訊科技的現況及趨勢1.學生有作業管理之專業知識 2.學生能了解作業系統流程之種類與進行簡單的流程分析 3.學生能應用網路規劃技術並進行產能規劃與評估 4.學生能進行物料需求規劃5.學生能團隊合作進行個案研討This course introduces theories, strategies, and decisions about operations management, including such topics as operations strategies, process management, supply-chain management, demand forecasts, inventory management, aggregate planning, scheduling, material requirement planning, resources and capacity management, future trends, and various case studies and applications. The objectives are to help students fully understand how to be an effective manager in the competitive and global environment, and how to use the theories, techniques, and tools of operations management to improve the quality of business processes and various management decisions.
