台灣已在2018年3月已正式邁入高齡社會，面對各種居家、社區、機構式的老人福利服務設施，社會工作專業在其中扮演重要角色。為了讓學生瞭解各個
服務設施的實際實施狀況，在講解各個單元的基本概念後，藉由此一演練課程讓修課同學更瞭解老人社會工作的實務現場，邀請不同服務設施、不同專業（跨域）之業界講師進行實務現場的演講，並搭配現場的參訪、訪問，讓學生可以更瞭解老人之需求，設計出適合老人的實作計畫，從而增進學生的實務操作能力、問題解能力及創造力。

In the face of various home, community, and institutional welfare service facilities for the elderly, the social work profession plays an important role. To let students understand the actual implementation status of each service facility, after explaining the basic concepts of each unit, through this drilling course, students in the course can better understand the practice of social work for the elderly. Practical lecturers from different service facilities and different professions (cross-fields) will be invited to give lectures. At the same time, with practical field visits, students can better understand the needs of the elderly and design practical plans suitable for the elderly. To increase students' practical operation ability, problem-solving ability, and creativity.
