| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
運用健康促進的理論與模式，配合高齡者的生理、心理與社會適應特性，融合高齡學習理論，來培養銀髮健康促進學習計畫之規劃與執行。課程進行方式以銀髮健康身、心、靈三方面著手，以兼具理論探討與實務執行的進程，同時透過銀髮族生活場域實際教育介入經驗之學習，期學生具備銀髮健康促進指導員之能力。1.1﹑獲知銀髮族健康促進的進階理論2.2﹑瞭解銀髮族健康促進方案設計技巧3.3﹑培養銀髮族健康促進執行進階實務技巧Utilizing the theories and models of health promotion to match physiological, psychological and social adaptation characteristics of the seniors, it integrates the learning theories of the seniors to cultivate the planning and execution of the seniors’ health promotion learning plan. The course is conducted in three aspects: seniors’ health, mind, and spirit. It combines the process of theoretical discussion and practical implementation. At the same time, through the learning of practical education intervention experience in the life field of seniors, the students have the ability of seniors’ health promotion instructors.
