| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
為強化學生就業競爭力，促進學生對金融產業環境之認識，本課程除講授外，並邀請業界專家進行職場實務講座，若有機會亦規劃安排學生前往優良之金融機構進行參訪。透過學理、專家現身說法，以及職場觀摩，瞭解金融產業職場工作的專業要求、工作倫理與敬業態度，以及預先做好求職前中後期等進入職場的準備。1.瞭解金融產業廠商經營策略、發展趨勢與人力需求2.瞭解總體經濟與全球景氣之趨勢與變動3.分析金融環境變遷對金融產業的影響4.瞭解各類金融職場實務職能5.建立求職前中後期之職場準備To strengthen students 'employment competitiveness and promote students' understanding of the financial industry environment. In addition to lectures, this course invites industry experts to give lectures on workplace practices. If there is an opportunity, this course will also arrange students to visit good financial institutions. Through classroom teaching, expert presentations, and workplace observations, learn about the professional requirements, work ethics, and professional attitude of workplace work in the financial industry. And finally, students can prepare in advance to enter the workplace before and after the job search.
