| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
透過講授、實務講座、分組報告及課堂討論使學生瞭解各種主要管理理論與實務，主要教授內容包括:組織、管理與管理者、管理環境、組織文化、企業道德與社會責任、決策、規劃、群體與團隊與溝通與衝突等管理程序與技能。藉由本課程除讓同學習管理學理，並進一步強化同學的管理認知與職能。1.暸解相關的管理理論與實務2.透過課堂討論與個案研討，提升概念性技能與溝通能力3.透過分組合作，提升人際技巧與團隊精神This course enables students to understand various major management theories and practices through lectures, practical lectures, group reports and classroom discussions. The main teaching contents include: organization, management and managers, management environment, organizational culture, corporate ethics and social responsibility, decision making, planning, group and team and communication and conflict management procedures and skills. In addition to learning management theory, this course will further strengthen students' management cognition and professional ability. Finally, the application and analysis of related cases are carried out.
