本課程目標在於培養學生人力資源管理的理論與實務專業素養，並藉由個案研究、實務練習、與人力資源負責人員訪談，來增進執行人力資源管理實務能力。1.探討人力資源管理之理論與實務。2.整合、交流企業之人力資源管理策略與經驗3.理論講解與討論、專題研究心得報告、觀念與創見激盪、企業訪問、及案例研討Enhance the expertise of human resource management through lecture, reading, case study, field visiting, and presentation.
