| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程主要是落實進嬰童產業相關機構實習，並以製作實習檔案等方式，引導學生思考教保理論和實務之間的轉化，以及幼托職場實務的各項議題，並觀察、練習職場溝通方式，以增進人際與職場溝通能力，引導學生透過自我省思/專業對話/修正行動的過程，增進專業成長，進而成為具有反省力、專業實踐力和職場溝通力的專業教保服務人員。1.增進教保專業理論與實務的轉化能力。2.經驗嬰童產業實務技巧並進行省思/對話與修正的專業成長過程。3.參與嬰童產業的日常工作，了解教保實務運作與專業倫理。4.參與各項嬰童產業的實務運作，增進職場溝通與人際關係之能力。5.完成實習檔案，建立教保服務人員職涯規劃。This course is mainly to implement the internship in relevant institutions of infant and child industry, and to guide students to think about the transformation between teaching and nursery theory and practice, as well as various topics of kindergarten workplace practices, observe and practice workplace communication methods, so as to improve interpersonal and vocational communication skills, and guide students to improve through the process of self reflection / professional dialogue / corrective action, to enhance professional growth, and then become a professional education and nursery service personnel with the ability to Implement professional practice and communication in the workplace.
