| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程主要內容為嬰幼兒常見疾病及其營養照顧，包括腸胃道疾病、感染性疾病、糖尿病、癌症、貧血、過敏、齲齒..等。以及肥胖兒童與特殊兒童的營養照護，包括過動兒、癲癇、唐氏症、學習障礙、腦性麻痺…等。此外本課程介紹各種疾病的飲食設計與製作方法。1.認識特殊幼兒與嬰幼兒常見疾病2.瞭解特殊幼兒與嬰幼兒疾病的營養照顧3.特殊幼兒與嬰幼兒疾病治療飲食設計與製作的能力The main contents of this course are common diseases of young children, including digestive diseases, infection disease, diabetes, anemia, allergy, dental caries etc, and the nutritional care of obesity children and special children such as hyperactivity, autism, epilepsy, down syndrome, cerebral palsy. In addition, the course introduce the design and prepare meals for young children with diseases or special children.
