| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
為強化學生就業競爭力，促進產學交流，本系媒合學生前往優良金融機構及一般企業之財務部門實習，共同培育金融業務菁英或財務管理人才。學生於大四下學期畢業前前往合作廠商培訓一學期，落實最後一哩訓練之理念。期許學生能透過職場觀摩或見習的機會，瞭解職場工作的專業要求、工作倫理和敬業態度，以及如何做好求職、應徵和面試等進入職場的準備，並促進本系與產業界的合作與交流。1.瞭解實習廠商經營策略及產業結構2.瞭解總體經濟之趨勢3.分析金融環境變遷對實習廠商的影響4.學習各類金融商品的行銷手法5.建立金融專業行銷倫理觀念In order to strengthen the employment competitiveness of students and promote the exchange of production and education. This department matches students with internships in excellent financial institutions and the financial departments of general enterprises to jointly cultivate elites in financial business or financial management. Students will go to partner manufacturers for one semester before graduating from the next semester of senior year to implement the concept of last-mile training. Students are expected to learn about professional requirements, work ethics, and professional attitudes in the workplace through workplace observation or apprenticeship opportunities. In this way, students are prepared to enter the workplace, including job applications, applications and interviews, and promote cooperation and exchanges between the department and the industry.
