本課程培養學生下列知識: |
1、知識:教導學生供應鏈管理的相關基本觀念及概念
2、技能:教導學生基本的存貨管理、物流網路設計、採購管理、訂單處理技能
3、態度:培養學生利用資訊科技提昇供應鏈管理績效
1.學生能瞭解物流網路的設計與影響。2.學生能瞭解存貨管理不同模式,及資訊分享對存貨管理的影響。3.學生能瞭解供應鏈中的夥伴關係、合作方式與績效評估方式。4.學生能瞭解產品設計對供應鏈的影響。5.學生能瞭解資訊科技在供應鏈管理上的應用。Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the active management of supply chain activities to maximize customer value and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The objectives of this course are designed to teach students the basic concepts of SCM and the core strategies of SCM, including:
1.Identify what supply chains the firm wants to compete in.
2.Help managers understand how the firm will provide value to the supply chain.
3.Guide the selection of supply chain partners, including suppliers, subcontractors, transportation providers, and distributors.
