To improve the ability to transform the theory and practice of education and insurance majors. 2. Experience the practical skills of kindergarten education and protection, and carry out the professional growth process of reflection/ dialogue and correction. 3. Participate in the daily work of the kindergarten and understand the practical operation of the kindergarten education and insurance. 4. Be sensitive to professional ethics related to the kindergarten workplace and cultivate rational judgment. 5. Participate in the practical operation of various kindergartens to improve workplace communication skills. 6. Complete the internship file and establish a career plan for the instructor.
