基因組學和轉錄組學之後，蛋白質組學是在生物系統研究的下一個步驟蛋白質組學（英語：proteomics，又譯作蛋白質體學），是對蛋白質特別是其結構和功能的大規模研究基因組是相當穩定的實體，而蛋白質組通過與基因組的相互作用而不斷發生著改變。一個生命體在其機體的不同部分以及生命周期的不同階段，其蛋白表達可能存在巨大的差異。本課程目標為 簡介基因組學和轉錄組學 蛋白質體學之技術 及蛋白質體學之應用。1.簡介基因組學和轉錄組學2. 蛋白質體學之技術3.蛋白質體學之應用After genomics and transcriptomics, proteomics is the next step in the study of biological systems. Proteomics is a large-scale study of proteins, especially its structure and function. A fairly stable entity, and the proteome is constantly changing through interaction with the genome. A living organism may have a huge difference in protein expression in different parts of its body and at different stages of its life cycle. The aim of this course is to introduce the genomics and transcriptomics the techniques of proteomics, and the application of proteomics in various area of everyday life.
