| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程旨在提供財金所碩士班同學在從事財務投資分析時，由產業的角度更完善地分析投資標的，因此，本課程專注於介紹產業分析的相關理論與實務，包括產業組織與五力分析、市場空間、產業生態、產業標準、價值體系、產業群落、產業與區位、產業生命週期、產業轉型與群落演化、動態競爭、價值網與競合關係。同時，藉由案例之探討，提供學習者策略管理的實務作法。如此，將使學習者得將產業分析的相關理論與概念運用於投資分析與企業經營實境中，增進營運績效。
1.增長投資分析的知識領域2.提升投資分析的技能3.擴展跨領域學習This course is designed to provide financial students with a master class to better analyze investment portfolio from an industry perspective when conducting financial investment analysis. Therefore, this course is focuses on the conduction of theory and practice for industry analysis. The content of this course is as follow: industrial organization and five force model, market space, industrial ecology, industrial standard, value system, industrial community, industry and location, industry life cycle, industry transformation and evolution of industrial community, dynamic competition, value net and competition/cooperation. It will enable learners to apply the relevant theories and concepts of industrial analysis to investment analysis and business operations to enhance operational performance.
