| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程首先介紹旅行業的基本知識，使學生能了解領隊導遊實務作業流程，再探討領隊導遊人員需具備的人格特質，進而分析與顧客互動的技巧，分享緊急事件處理經驗等，本課程可培養學生旅行業從業人員之專業態度，做為學生未來進入旅行業之基礎。

The professional attitude of the students in the travel industry is the basis for students to enter the travel industry in the future.
