| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

所謂的社會企業是指一個組織以商業的營運策略創造出最大的財務、社會及環境福祉，其中社會企業可以營利或非營利組織的型式經營與管理，因此其組織經營結構是多樣且多元的組成。相對地，企業社會責任是指企業以「企業公民」的倫理責任「永續經營與管理其組織。而這二者的共構面創造出新的企業的經營層面—即以企業的治理方式實踐企業的社會公民責任，例如環境保護、員工福利供給、以及社會議題處理等等1.讓學生理解社會企業的定義與相關經營議題2.讓學生認知企業社會責任的基本理念及相關議題3.讓學生知悉社會企業與企業社會責任的新共構面所衍生的相關議題A social enterprise is an organization that applies commercial strategies to maximize improvements in financial, social and environmental well-being — this may include maximizing social impact alongside profits for external shareholders. Social enterprises can be structured as a for-profit or non-profit, and may take the form of a co-operative, mutual organization, a disregarded entity,[1] a social business, a benefit corporation, a community interest company, a company limited by guarantee or a charity organization. Oppositely, Corporate social responsibility (CSR, also called corporate sustainability, sustainable business, corporate conscience, corporate citizenship or responsible business) is a type of international private business self-regulation. It is titled to aid an organization's mission as well as serve as a guide to what the company represents for its consumers. Business ethics is the part of applied ethicsthat examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that can arise in a business environment. Therefore, the objective of course include : 1.to introduce the issues of social enterprise; 2.to introduce the issues of CSR; 3.to introduce the relationship issues between the social enterprise and CRS.
