| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
課程內容包括實習工廠的安全守則、標準工具、工具認識及工具使用的基本技巧，養成良好的工作態度與品質習慣，航空五金件與航空材料的認識，結構損傷的認識，維修工作要領，航空維修基本實作練習項目:包括游標卡尺與分厘卡的認識及使用，扭力板手的認識及使用，三連保及TURN BUCKLE的認識及實習，管路拆裝的程序:軟硬管拆裝實習，鋁板鉚合實習，簡易電路圖的操作，飛機儀錶的認識等，透過實習操作使學生瞭解航空維修的各項要領及注意事項。1.認識基本飛機量測工具使用技巧2.具有飛機基礎維修實作的能力3.能夠了解飛機機件保險、油管與鉚釘拆裝的方法與能力4.具有基本飛機零組件材料認識5.具有良好維修技能、工作態度與紀律The course content include the workshop safety rule, the introduction of standard tools; the basic skill of tools and its usage, the good working attitude and quality custom's maintenance, the recognition of the aviation metal parts, the aviation material, the recognition of structural damage, the keypoint of maintenance work; the aviation maintenance basic practice training: including the following practices items the usage of the vernier caliper and micrometer, the usage of the torque wrench, the application of safety wire's double-twist method, the turnbuckle wrappings, the fluid hose and tube's removal / installation procedure, the simple electrical circuit's operation, the aircraft instrument's recognition. Through the workshop practice, the students can learn most of the aviation basic maintenance related skill.
