| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程主要目的在於提升學生的英文閱讀、寫作和文法技巧。本課程設計針對主修環境工程、科學與管理的學生。學生將學習使用正確的文法，提升閱讀與理解能力以及增強寫作技巧。學生也能練習學術誠信，並適當地使用引證與參考文獻。課堂練習和專題報告將被用來評估學生的寫作，閱讀和聽說能力。1.訓練使用正確語法改善英文寫作技巧（技能）2.訓練閱讀有關環境領域之英文期刊（技能）3.提昇本系學生外語能力（技能）This course aims to improve the students' English language skills in reading, writing and grammar. This course is designed for students who major in environmental engineering, science and management. Students will learn to use grammar correctly, read with more understanding and write coherent paragraphs. Students will also practice academic integrity by appropriately using in-text citations and references. In-class exercises and project presentations will be used to assess students’ writing, reading and speaking abilities.
1. Improve writing skills with correct use of grammar (Skills).
2. Develop skills to read English articles effectively (Skills).
3. Enhance students’ overall English language proficiency in writing, reading and speaking (Attitude).
