| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

此課程的目的主要在於幫助學生使用不同的策略，來發展基本的英語聽講能力。學生需要去做預測、推論、寫大綱、做筆記，並由語音的線索中找出重要的訊息。學生將運用這些策略來參與各種聽講練習與討論。1.能聽懂日常生活不同主題或情境之英語會話，能使用英語進行對話溝通。2.能聽懂職場情境中談話，並能清楚理解標準敘述中的重點。3.能以英語表達能力配合專業知識，應用於日後職場。4.能從英語報章雜誌以及新聞報導吸收國際資訊技能。5.能分析主題及討論相關問題，展現組織析理及獨立思考之能力。6.具有終身學習英語的態度。This course is designed to develop students" general listening comprehension and oral skills through a variety of strategies. Students will be asked to make predictions, draw inferences, outline, take notes, and listen for phonological clues that signal important information. Students will apply these strategies to a great variety of recorded English and discussions.
