| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

1. 本課程規劃以理論與務實並重為導向，延續本系「校外實習」課程，除專業智能培育外，亦重視學生技能養成，透過與產業界合作，據以發展本系本位課程。
2. 課程中除規劃職場體驗、職涯相關教育等訓練，以培育學生具備職場倫理、求職技巧、就業環境介紹等觀念。
3. 統整各課程，施以循序漸進及集中強化優質專業培訓，培育學生畢業即就業的能力，發揮技職教育之優勢。
1.人際互動2.團隊合作3.工作責任及紀律4.持續學習5.問題解決1. The course focuses on theories and practice to continue the outside school practice course of the department. Besides professional knowledge, we also emphasize students’ skills through cooperation with the industry to develop or core course in the department.
2. Experience of career and education trains students’ career ethics, skills of job application to understand employment environment.
3. Integrated courses in proper sequence and concentrative quality professional training to enable students to be employed after graduation, which is the advantage of vocational education.
