| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
1.防衛動員基本概念、組織、災害防救與緊急應變。
2.使學生認識防衛動員的定義、特質與類型等及我國防衛動員機制與防衛技能訓練。
3.使學生了解國家安全威脅類型及對我國防衛動員的影響及我國防衛動員組織與災害防救之間的關係。
4.使學生熟悉災害防救、災防整備、防衛動員模擬演練及青年學生動員，戰場
急救與自救、中暑防治及心肺復甦術等技能操作。
5.增進學生對於防衛動員的認同，進而深切體認防衛動員的重要性與全民國防的實踐。

1. The basic concepts, organization, disaster prevention and emergency of defense mobilization.
2. To enable students to be aware of the definition, traits and types of defense
mobilization, as well as defense mobilization mechanism and the training.of defense skills
3. To enable students to understand the types of national security threats and the influence of defense mobilization and discussing about the relationship between the organization of defense mobilization and disaster prevention.
4. Make students familiar with disaster prevention, disaster prevention and control, defense mobilization simulation exercises, aids and self-rescue, heatstroke prevention and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills.
5. To improve students identifying defense mobilization, and recognize completely the importance of defense mobilization and the practice of national defense .
