本課程旨在探討金融機構與市場之原理與實務，分析各金融機構在金融市場中所擔任之角色，說明金融機構與市場之沿革，並探究其未來之發展趨勢。
1.熟悉金融市場之分類2.熟悉各類型之金融機構3.瞭解各金融機構在金融市場中擔任之角色4.探究金融機構與市場之發展過程與未來趨勢Overview and study of financial markets, the financial institutions industry, the management of financial institutions, central banking and conduct of monetary policy, the international financial system, financial derivatives and financial innovation.
