本課程主旨在讓學生瞭解進階的:生產與作業策略，預測方法與應用，整體性規劃，庫存管理理論與實務，MRP理論與實務等生產管理之內涵。為達學習成效，教授將偏理論基礎並適度配合實例及academic papers研討。1.生產與作業策略2.預測方法與應用3.整體性規劃4.庫存管理理論與實務5.MRP 理論與實務，等生產與作業管理之內涵This course introduces the advance Production Management related method & strategy. It enables students to be familiar with
1. Production & operations strategy;
2. Forecasting methods & applications;
3. Aggregate planning;
4. Inventory control & its applications;
5. Materials requirement planning.
Studies of practical problems and academic papers will be included to explore the subject of production management in depth.
