| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

高齡社會與政府積極推動「長照2.0計畫」之背景，為實現在地老化，提供從支持家庭、居家、社區到住宿式照顧之多元連續服務，與銀髮相關創新產業的興起。本課程將以個體層面、產業層面與總體層面探究銀髮相關產業之發展與管理技巧為授課目標。1.瞭解銀髮產業管理之涵蓋範圍及功能2.瞭解銀髮產業之產業型態與運作模式3.思索銀髮產業策略規劃與管理技巧4.探討銀髮產業之服務效益衡量方式Based on the older society and the government actively promoted the background of the "Long-term care policy 2.0 ". This course aimed to achieve the goal of aging in the region, and provide a diverse continuously service that supports family, home, community and residential care, and relative innovation industries. In addition, this course will explore the development and management skills of senior elder related industries at the individual, industrial and general levels as the course objectives
