| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
使學生除具備室內設計及工程專業知識外，對於工程估價及工程契約的認識、應用、法律原則均能有正確辨識，避免觸犯各項法律之規定，保障雙方權益，維繫設計過程完整，將風險降至最低。須要瞭解內容包括：工程估價及工程契約之種類、契約之制定及文件、工程估價及工程契約與規範用語、工程之發包與施工、工程契約之訂定程序、工程契約之監督執行與變更、契約條款之解釋與仲裁，最重要是如何簽訂正確的契約方式與工程估價等。以期許培養出具有高度設計管理應對之人才。

3.培養制定工程估價及工程契約書能力。
4. 簽訂工程估價與工程契約應注意內容。
5. 契約與工程估價內容交涉處理建構。

The contents include categories of design and construction contract, settlement of the contract and document, the technical terms of design and construction contract, the start and progress of construction project, and the process of signing the construction contract, supervision of construction contract execution and change, the interpretation of construction contract articles and arbitration. The most important thing is to how to sign a correct contract and construction estimate in a right way in order to cultivate many men of talents who possess professional management capabilities.
