| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程主要以風險評估之主要四大架構為主進行危害性化學物質之毒性鑑定方法、致癌物質之鑑定及非致癌物質之鑑定之基礎介紹，並對毒化物量與反應之間關連性評估及利用外插法進行劑量與反應之間關連性評估做案例分析及針對台灣.暴露族群、暴露模式暴露參數之建立進行介紹，以建立學生對環境風險評估完整之觀念。1.危害性之鑑定（知識、技能）。2.劑量效應評估（知識、技能）。3.暴露度評估（知識、技能、態度）。4.風險度評估基礎演練（知識、技能、態度）。The objectives of this course is to introduction the four main framework of environmental risk assessment (1) Hazard identification (2) Dose - response assessment (3) Exposure assessment (4) Risk characterization. A. Hazard identification concentrated on toxicity test method, identification of carcinogenicity and non- carcinogenicity. B. Evaluation on relationship between dose and response and using the external extension method to evaluate the relationship between dose and response. C. To introduce exposure population, exposure model and exposure parameter. D. To practice risk characteristic degree and significance of the risk.
