初級華語課程共分三階段，旨在奠定零起點學習者之中文聽、說、讀、寫基礎能力，使其具備基本的會話溝通能力、解決日常生活問題，並能簡短敘述個人看法。
16.學會華語拼音及發音。17.學會自我介紹。18.運用華語基本句式。This course is presented in three stages. They intent to help students develop the basic language skills in Mandarin, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking. This will enable students to communicate with others, handle a range of daily issues, and briefly express thoughts. The course objectives are:
1. to learn the phonetic symbols of Pinyin and pronounciation of Mandarin.
2. to use basic sentence patterns in communication.
3. to introduce themselves properly.
